AeroParts™ is a key supplier to aircraft manufacturers and their 1st tier suppliers. We have one of the largest drop hammer facilities in the country. Using drop hammers to form complex metal shapes is a quick, cost effective way to produce low volume runs. AeroParts™ has extensive heat treat and welding capabilities (NADCAP accredited), allowing us to control critical processes and minimize long lead times associated with sub-contracting these processes. AeroParts™ also has its own foundry to make its own punches and dies for the drop hammer process, assuring high quality from the start.

Our team also provides “one stop shopping”. If your component has a detail that requires casting or spinning, AeroParts™ will sub-contract those specialized processes and will make sure these details meet our stringent requirement before incorporating them in the finished product.

Our AS9100-certified, NADCAP-accredited facility, specializes in high-tech alloys such as Inconel, Aluminum and Titanium. AeroParts™ provides a wide spectrum of custom aviation manufacturing capabilities backed by decades of aviation part manufacturing experience.
