FIBERGLASS TECHNICIAN/TRAINEE

 

– Experience with Fiberglass cloth and wet layup

– Ability to accurately measure and mix resins and adhesives

– Quality and detail-oriented

– Consistent attendance is a must

 

 PT / DENT REMOVAL TECHNICIAN

 

– Perform hydrostatic & pneumatic pressure testing of aircraft parts

– Perform dent removal & final cleaning

– Able to wear a respirator

– Consistent attendance is a must

 

 Repair Stores Personnel

 

– Storage, identification, issuance, and restocking of completed and / or semi-completed parts

– Monitor and issuance of age-sensitive materials

– Inventory and maintenance verification of customer furnished material and/or tooling

– Consistent attendance is a must

 

 Repair Production Expeditor

 

– Schedule and update End Dates for repair activities

– Coordinate with Repair Production Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, Repair Quality Department, to meet repair production schedules

– Update location of all repair parts at the facility for repair

– Consistent attendance is a must

 

 REPAIR QUALITY ENGINEER:

 

– Oversee Repair Quality Department in the absence of the Repair QA Manager.

– Prepare Quality Procedures and support documentation as assigned.

– Nonconforming Material Monitor.

– Audit organization.

– Customer quality liaison.

– Review of customer orders for quality requirements.

– Quality trainer.

– Process training verification and tracking.

– All duties and tasks assigned by the Repair Quality Assurance Manager

 

 Manufacturing Clerk

 

-Drawing, Spec, Mylar requests

-Distributing work order folders /Change Notices

-Processing/Book RFQ’s

-Making work order folders

-Satellite Books

-Posting Quotes

-Filling Quotes

-Filing-Other (contracts paperwork, contracts folders, drawings, specs, etc.)

Should be done daily, whenever possible. Last 30-45 min of the day should be devoted to house cleaning before leaving for the day.

 

PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION (ID)

 

-Data Entry

-Control of; Stockroom, Age sensitive material, and weld rod Perform

the shake-down inspection for general workmanship and damage.

-Rubber Stam Identification on Parts

-Perform FOD inspection prior to final inspection.

-Identify parts with information required by customers.

-Storage, maintenance, identification, issuance, and restocking of completed   and/or semi-completed parts and/or assemblies and

age-sensitive materials
