Customer Service Representative

Minimum 2 years experience. Strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers. Quoting, invoicing and filing daily. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook as well as various software applications and programs.

 

Aviation Repair Station Planner    

Must be able to read and interpret drawings/blueprints, customer and aerospace standards.

Computer skills and experience working in a computer system for writing instructions, researching data and printing related documents is required.

 

Aircraft Welder 

Minimum 2 years experience welding aircraft alloy material; TIG/GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding). Certification in Stainless Steel, Titanium, Aluminum and Inconel within 2 months is required. Must be able to read and follow Repair/OEM specs.

 

Fiberglass Technician

Min 1 year experience in fiberglass/composite repair of aircraft components. Perform wet lay-up repairs using epoxy resins, fiberglass or carbon cloth and appropriate tooling/fixtures. Experience in pre-preg, vacuum bagging and spray painting a plus.

 

Sheet Metal Mechanic

Minimum 2 years experience. Blue print reading required. Familiar with fitting, bending, rolling and riveting, reading, the use of hand tools, band saw, etc.  Must be able to follow instructions on shop travelers, customer specifications and procedures. Able to lift up to 40 pounds.

 

Aviation Repair Station Receiving Inspector

Minimum 2 years experience in commercial aircraft and engine heavy maintenance preferred, knowledge of repair and overhaul of components/parts with a minimum of 3 months in the quality assurance/inspection organization for inspecting components for repair station activities. Computer skills required. Licensed Airframe and Powerplant under FAR Part 65 a plus.

 

Quality Engineer Repair Station

Minimum 5 years experience in the Aviation industry. Good understanding of the maintenance aspect of repair and overhaul of components/parts. Familiar with Federal Aviation regulations.

 

Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse

Must be computer literate, able to receive incoming product and update computer system.  Able to ship product using various computer systems (UPS, FEDEX, DHL). Make wooden crates and pack product for shipping. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

 

Pressure Test/ Dent Removal

Must be able to read and follow directions. Work with shop tools and lift up to 40 pounds. Remove dents in aircraft parts undergoing repair.

Data entry a must.
