Aviation Repair Station Planner

Experience in the commercial aviation industry relating to aircraft and engine heavy maintenance.  Full understanding of the maintenance aspect of repair and overhaul components/parts.  Must be able to read and interpret drawings/blueprints, customer and aerospace standards.  Must have at least 1 year involved with or in the planning function or maintaining, developing, maintenance and detailed repair plans.  Computer skills and experience working in a computer system for writing instructions, researching data, and printing related documents are required.

Quality Engineer – Manufacturing

This is an entry level position and will allow training for a career minded individual.  The ability to read customer/industry specifications and analyze for applicability.  A Quality Management Systems (QMS) background AS9100, AS9110, ISO9001, etc. is preferred.  Word, Excel skills a must.  Familiarity with calibrated instruments and calibration requirements, monitoring nonconformances and resolving internal and customer corrective actions, monitoring supplies.

Aircraft Welder

Minimum 2 years experience welding aircraft alloy material; TIG/GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding); Certification in Stainless Steel, Titanium, Aluminum and Inconel within 2 months is required. Must be able to read and follow Repair/OEM specs.

Hammer Shop Helper

Interviewing for an employee in the Hammer Shop Department. Duties to include, but not limited to, the ability to read and understand SOP’s and Shop Travelers. Be able to work in hot environment. Repeated lifting and following instruction given by the operator in charge, as well as other tasks in the Hammer Shop, as needed.

Fiberglass Technician

Min 1 year experience in fiberglass/composite repair of aircraft components. Perform wet lay-up repairs using epoxy resins, fiberglass or carbon cloth and appropriate tooling/fixtures. Experience in pre-preg, vacuum bagging and spray painting a must.

Sheet Metal Mechanic

Minimum 2 years experience on blueprint reading, the use of hand tools, band saw, etc.  Must be able to follow instructions on shop travelers, customer specifications and procedures.  Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
