Sheet Metal Mechanic

• Minimum 2 years of aircraft sheet metal experience required
• Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to interpret engineering specifications
• Experience developing parts from blueprints and mylars
• Skilled in fitting, bending, rolling, and riveting aircraft sheet metal components
• Experience using aircraft tools and equipment including power brakes
• Problem-solving ability when fitting or repairing structural components
• Must have personal aircraft mechanic tools
• Ideal candidate has experience in aircraft structural repair or manufacturing environments

Fiberglass Technician/Trainee

• Experience with fiberglass cloth and wet layup
• Ability to accurately measure and mix resins and adhesives
• Quality and detail-oriented
• Consistent attendance is a must

PT / Dent Removal Technician

• Perform hydrostatic & pneumatic pressure testing of aircraft parts
• Perform dent removal & final cleaning
• Able to wear a respirator
• Consistent attendance is a must

Job Title: Ozone Converter Technician
Job Summary:
The Ozone Converter Technician supports production and testing in an aircraft manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to accurately read instruments and record data.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
• operate within the Ozone Department, supporting manufacturing and testing processes
• Read, interpret, and monitor valves, gauges, and precision instruments
• Accurately record and input data using computer systems and templates
• Follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures with precision
• Troubleshoot basic operational issues using problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members while also working independently when needed
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate initiative
• Apply basic math skills and ensure high accuracy in all tasks

Manufacturing CSR
Submitting customer quotes, processing new orders, tracking/scheduling orders, processing change orders, processing tool receipts/shipments for customer owned tools/mylars, processing shipments, submitting invoices, creating/maintaining customer accounts, and of course handling customer inquiries and requests.
