Hammer Shop Helper
Duties to include, but not limited to, the ability to read and understand SOP’s and shop travelers. Be able to work in hot environment. Repeated lifting and following instruction given by the operator in charge, as well as other tasks in the Hammer Shop, as needed.
Inspector (Manufacturing-Aircraft Parts)
Must have at least 1 year experience. Inspect, test, and document (receiving thru final) product to customer requirements. Inspect product support equipment (i.e. tooling). Support calibration and tool verification.
Repair Station NDT Inspector
Minimum 1 year experience in an FAA Repair Station. Pass the required NDT courses, penetrant inspections and radiographic inspections. Pass the weld inspection training. Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints. Ability to understand the customer, OEM technical data and requirements.
Repair Station Process Technician
This position is accountable to the Chief Planner for performing a wide range of complex technical tasks to assist FAA EASA Repair Station with: Repair process development and improvement. Review and release of technical data to accomplish repairs. REPAIR STATION PROCESS TECHNICIAN
Minimum 2 years experience welding aircraft alloy material; TIG/GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding); Certification in Stainless Steel, Titanium, Aluminum and Inconel within 2 months. Must be able to read and follow Repair/OEM specs.
Minimum 2 years experience operating conventional lathes and milling machines. Must be able to read blue prints and have machinist’s tools.
