At least 2 years of direct sales experience within the aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul market and/or a highly technical field is optimal. Ability to read and interpret technical data and blueprint drawings including component maintenance manuals, standard operating procedures, regulations, etc. Strong sales and negotiating skills. Strong written, oral and presentation/communication skills. Intermediate to advanced computer skills for Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access with ability to learn ‘back office’ accounting applications quickly. Ability to extract data and manipulate into information, including creation and use of MS Excel Pivot Tables, is critical for success. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent experience is preferred. Some travel is required.

Repair Station Receiving Inspector Trainee
This position will train an employee on receiving inspection of aircraft components and purchased parts for the repair station. Inspections will include initial inspections of components as received from our customers. The training will include in process inspections, regulatory requirements, internal procedures, non-destructive and test, weld inspections, use of shop inspection equipment, i.e. fixtures, calibrated inspection tools, etc. Will also be required to be familiar with computers and computer data bases.
Must have 2 years experience in shipping and receiving; must be computer literate, able to receive incoming product and update computer system; also, able to ship product using various computer systems; must be able to make wooden crates, pack product for shipping, able to lift up to 50 pounds; sometimes overtime is required on short notice.
Repair Station Process Engineer
This position is accountable to the Chief Planner for performing a wide range of complex technical tasks to assist FAA EASA Repair Station with: Repair process development and improvement. Review and release of technical data to accomplish repairs.
Must be highly organized and prioritize tasks to meet delivery requirements. Ability to communicate both verbally and written. Experience in technical writing a plus. Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word software, knowledge of aviation regulations and aerospace quality system is a plus. Ability to work effectively with Design, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Operations Teams. Experience in Document Control/Technical Data Management is preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience welding aircraft alloy material; TIG/GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding); Certification in Stainless Steel, Titanium, Aluminum and Inconel within 4 months is required. Must be able to read and follow Repair/OEM specs.
Hammer Shop Helper
Interviewing for an employee in the Hammer Shop Department. Duties to include, but not limited to, the ability to read and understand SOP’s and Shop Travelers. Be able to work in hot environment. Repeated lifting and following instruction given by the operator in charge, as well as other tasks in the Hammer Shop, as needed.
Min 1 year experience in fiberglass/composite repair of aircraft components. Perform wet lay-up repairs using epoxy resins, fiberglass or carbon cloth and appropriate tooling/fixtures. Experience in pre-preg, vacuum bagging and spray painting a must.
Sheet Metal Mechanic – Trainees
Mechanically inclined, able to use hand tools, band saw, etc. Must be able to follow instructions and procedures. Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
