FAA Repair Station Inspection
Minimum 5 years experience in the aviation industry, commercial aircraft and engine heavy maintenance preferred. Knowledge of repair and overhaul of components/parts with a minimum of 6 months in the quality assurance/inspection organization for maintaining, developing and writing planning support documents. Computer skills required. Licensed Airframe and Powerplant under FAR Part 65 a plus.
Manufacturing Quality Engineer
Minimum 3 years experience in the aviation industry, quality systems auditor background (AS9100 experience preferred but ISO 9000 acceptable), familiarity with calibrated instruments and calibration requirements, CAD (CMM, portable CMM), and inspection ability, monitoring nonconformances and resolving internal and customer corrective actions, monitoring suppliers. Perform Internal Quality Audits.
Minimum 5 years experience operating conventional lathes and milling machines. Must be able to read blue prints and have machinist tools.
Ozone Converter Technician
Mechanically inclined with knowledge of precision instruments, valves and gauges. Computer literate and accuracy in numbers. Working with pressures, temperatures and air flow and light electrical a plus. Attention to detail and accuracy.
Pressure Test/Dent Removal
Must be able to read and follow directions on traveler paperwork, work with shop tools and lift up to 40 pounds. Data entry a must.
