Customer Service Representative

Minimum 3 years’ experience with customer interaction.  Seeks detail oriented, self-starter for fast paced customer service position. This position requires experience with contract review/administration, technical problem solving, data analysis, ability to process/maintain customer orders and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft excel, word and outlook as well as various software applications and programs. Strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, willingness to perform various administrative tasks and meet deadlines.

Fiberglass Craftsman  

Min 2-3 year experience in fiberglass or carbon fiber cloth and compatible resins/hardeners preferred. Ability to use hand tools for cutting, grinding and fitting composite parts for assembly. Must have experience in wet layups and freehand repairs.  Prefer aviation experience but will consider someone with automotive, marine or manufacturing experience.

 

Quality Technician    

 Minimum 3 years experience in the commercial aviation industry. Familiarity with all Regulatory Agency regulations such as FAA, EASA,ANAC, CAAC standards. Understanding and implementation of ISO 9000 Quality Systems. Perform quality tasks such as quality system audits, problem resolution, data analysis and participate in process development.
