AeroParts Reengineered NEADS Check Valve

AeroParts has redesigned the Swing Assembly to resolve design and inspection/testing issues. Our redesigned Swing Assembly incorporates improved / strengthen areas where failures have been observed during autopsy. The OEM housing is retained as part of the repair/modification. PMA valves are also being developed for operators that wish to purchase NEW Valves.

AeroParts recommends that the operator establish a conservative maintenance/inspection interval for the modified valves. Our valve modification is accomplished using FAA Accepted data as an FAA Minor repair. This is NOT a DER repair.
